        1. The Plaintiff’s Motion For Judicial Default Against Defendant USAA And Motion To Ratify
           Final Judgment And Deem Service Valid is GRANTED.

       2. Service has been properly effectuated on Defendant USAA Federal Savings Bank;

       3. The prior default entered against USAA is deemed valid and is ratified;
