             SUPPLEMENTAL OBJECTION TO MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

       The Defendant brings this Supplemental Objection to the Plaintiff’s Motion for Sanctions

to inform this Court that the Plaintiff has been contacting the undersigned in an attempt to

threaten the undersigned into complying with his Motion for Sanctions. In an email chain

attached to this objection as an exhibit, the Plaintiff has threatened the undersigned that since the

undersigned will not admit to any wrongdoing, or change his position as set forth in the prior
