This order is to be strictly complied with under penalty of being charged with contempt of court. 1. Each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from causing, or permitting, the miryor child(ren) of the parties to be relocated outside of the 16" Judicial Circuit of Arkansas. 2. Bach party is hereby enjoined and restrained rom doing, attempting to do. or threatening to do any act of injury, maltreatment, vilification, molestation or harassment of the adverse party or any child(ren) of the parties in any format, whether it be in person or via Internet, social media or third party. 3. Fach party is hereby enjoined and restrained {vom selling, encumbering, contracting to sell or otherwise disposing ofor removing from the jurisdiction of this Court any of the property belonging to the parties, except in the ordinary course of business. 4, Cach party is hereby enjoined and restrained from canceling, terminating or interfering with insurance contracts or insurance benefits in effect and any provisions that have an effect on the opposite party or minor child(ren). ‘This applies to health, disability, home, auto, life and renters insurance. 5. Pursuant to Administrative Order 10 of the Arkansas Supreme Court, an Affidavit of Financial Means shall be used in all family support matters. Each party is required to complete and exchange the affidavit prior to any hearing to establish or madify a support order, A copy shali also be furnished to the Court no less than ten (10) days prior to any hearing or finalization of the matter, The partics shall also furnish to the Court, at least the last three (3) pay check stubs showing gross wages and deductions for health insurance for any children. If self employed, the party shall furnish the last three (3) years of income tax returns. 6. The clerk shal! furnish any pro se or self represented litigant with a copy of this order. ‘That party is bound by this order upon filing of the complaint. 7, A copy of this order shall be filed in every type of case listed in the opening paragraph of this order. 8. The atlorney representing the Plaintiff in any domestic relations action filed in this Court shall furnish their client with a copy of this order and that client, upon filing of the Complaint. shall be bound by the terms of this order. The Clerk of this Court shall attach a copy of this order to the complaint so that the same shall be served with a summons. The Defendant shall be bound by this order when served with a summons with a copy of this order attached thereto. ae 9. This order shall be binding upon the parties to any domestic relations action filed and upon their agents. servants, employees and all other persons acting in concert with said parties 10. Each party is hereby restrained from committing acts of domestic abuse and are excluded Irom each other's dwelling. ll. Any law entorcement officer within his/her jurisdiction, to whom this Order is presented. shall enforce the terms herein forthwith by incarceration of the party violating this Order. If a party is incarcerated. this Court shall be notified immediately. 12. Violations by any party of this order will be considered Contempt of Court.
