Russo, Joseph Estate of Hal E. Russo 1857 Mulbemy Subject properly: 1904 construction with now upgrades or remodels evidence.- two story for fiont half and one story for rear half. It is in severe decline and exhibits excessive deferred maintenance. Assumption made the interior conditions match the exterior. From the exterior it appeared there are two occupied units that have been subdivided and for near certainly only occupy the first floor. The second level and portions of the rear have boarded windows. The conclusion is the value of the parcel is the land. To bring this structure up to code and safety would be very expensive. The interior was not viewed; structural issues such as quality of the foundation were not investigated. Except for the two doors and the two windows at the front porch and the number of vehicles parked along the south side of the structure, this property has the appearance of abandonment. ,l \ 1. ,.ú;f'riìì, ¿ ;- --- Ðrat --Þ ./.n ,ã,:4 _.b -..'-' ,:-' ',th view fi'om alley showing porch supporls.
