TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER TOWNSHIP OF PAINESVILLE Defendant This cause came for consideration upon Plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary Restraining Order pursuant to Civ. R. 65, and upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Verified Complaint and the Court being satisfied that part of the relief to which Plaintiffs are entitled consists of restraining the trimming and cutting of trees upon Wintergreen Hill Drive in Painesville Township, Ohio, during the time between this Entry and the date of a hearing on Plaintiffs’ request for preliminary injunction, would produce great or irreparable injury to Plaintiffs by the loss of trees upon Wintergreen Hill Drive, and further that Plaintiffs’ counsel did contact Defendant’s counsel prior to presenting this Motion to the Court, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that from the date of entry of this Order until the fourteenth day after its entry, unless sooner dissolved by this Court, or extended by agreement 1 Defendant is enjoined from trimming, cutting, and otherwise removing trees on Wintergreen Hill Drive; Defendant is enjoined from taking any action that is designed, intended, or might reasonably be anticipated to circumvent the restrictions set forth in Paragraph 1 above; 3. A hearing on Plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction shall be held on March 8, 2024, at 10:00 am.; and 4.
