COMES NOW, MARIA ISABEL GUERRERO, Plaintiff in the above styled and numbered cause,
and files this Motion to Retain Case on Docket and respectfully shows unto the Court the
following:

This matter is currently set on the D.W.O.P. (Dismissal for Want of Prosecution) Docket
with a hearing set on the above referenced matter for March 1, 2024.
II.
Plaintiff filed her Petition on October 3, 2014. Plaintiff needs additional time to file
necessary motions to obtain a default judgment against Defendant.
III.
Plaintiff asks that this case remain on the docket so that Plaintiff can proceed with her
efforts to obtain a default judgment against Defendant and so that justice can be done.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiff requests that this Motion to Retain
Case on Docket be granted. Plaintiff requests any further relief to which she may been justly
entitled to receive.
