        The Defendant, BRIANNA COOKE, hereby files this objection to the Plaintiffs motion

for order and moves for a Protective Order with regards to her deposition and her discovery and

production responses. The Defendant also requests a stay of any discovery against her in this case

until October 3, 2024, which is the scheduled dismissal date of the criminal charges against her in

State v. Cooke, Docket No. HISN-MV23-0445603-S, pending in the Judicial District of New
