O’Brien LLC, attorneys for defendant, Robert Zelnick, for an order extending the period
for discovery by an additional 60 days, for exceptional circumstances, pursuant to R. 4:24-
1(c), to complete discovery; and the parties having not consented to an extension of
discovery; and the court’s having considered the moving papers of the parties, and for good

IT IS on this 18th day of March , 2024;
ORDERED that the period for discovery be and hereby is extended by sixty (60)
days to May 24, 2024; and it is further

a) Plaintiff shall provide color photographs, which have been taken within one
month of the date provided to Defendants, that depict the scars that Plaintiff
alleges were caused by the accident within 14 days of the issuance of this Order.
b) Plaintiff shall serve final expert reports by April 24, 2024, and it is further,
c) Defendants shall serve final expert reports by May 24, 2024; and it is further
ORDERED that the arbitration date be and is hereby scheduled for
