This Resolution of the Board of Directors is made this September 29th, 2014, by the TUSCANY PLACE
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A Florida not-for-profit corporation. Hereafter the
“Association”.)
WHEREAS, the Tuscany Place Condominium is subject to certain covenants, conditions and restrictions
upon real property in Seminole County, Florida, by virtue of that certain Declaration of Condominium of
Tuscany Place Condominium, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1281 , Page 833 , Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida (hereinafter the “Declaration”); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors notes that violations of some of the governing documents have not
‘been enforced in the past; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the By-Laws of Tuscany Place Condominium inc., the Association is responsible
for the administration of the Tuscany Place Condominium; and ’
WHEREAS, Tuscany Place Condominium Association members have voted to reserve one ()) parking spot
per unit as close to each unit's front door as possible. The Rules and Regulations will reserve that one (1)
spot for the use of that one (1) unit. Parking sports will be reserved for each building for the use of
residents in such building with a maximum of two (2) vehicles permitted per unit. Vehicles in violation will
be given 24 hours notice of removal or the vehicle is subject to towing at owners expense. All parking is
required to be in concert with the By-Laws of Tuscany Place Condominium and Florida Statute 718.
NOW THEREFORE, the TUSCANY PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-
profit Corporation, causes this Resolution to be executed in its name to acknowledge its approval of and
agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The TUSCANY PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a
Florida not-for-profit corporation, has caused this Resolution described to be executed.

Hereafter the “Association”.) WHEREAS, the Tuscany Place Condominium is subject to certain covenants, conditions and restrictions upon real property in Seminole County, Florida, by virtue of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Tuscany Place Condominium, a Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1281 , Page 833 , Public Records of Seminole County, Florida (hereinafter the “Declaration”); and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors notes that violations of some of the governing documents have not ‘been enforced in the past; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the By-Laws of Tuscany Place Condominium inc., the Association is responsible for the administration of the Tuscany Place Condominium; and ’ WHEREAS, Tuscany Place Condominium Association members have voted to reserve one ()) parking spot per unit as close to each unit's front door as possible. The Rules and Regulations will reserve that one (1) spot for the use of that one (1) unit. Parking sports will be reserved for each building for the use of residents in such building with a maximum of two (2) vehicles permitted per unit. Vehicles in violation will be given 24 hours notice of removal or the vehicle is subject to towing at owners expense. All parking is required to be in concert with the By-Laws of Tuscany Place Condominium and Florida Statute 718. NOW THEREFORE, the TUSCANY PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for- profit Corporation, causes this Resolution to be executed in its name to acknowledge its approval of and agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
