Relator respectfully shows the following: This Court has appellate to issue a writ of mandamus and to grant relief under TEX. CONST. ART. V, § 16; TEX. GOVT. CODE § 25.0004(a). "A statutory county court has mandamus power over justice courts. This power is not limited to issuing writs necessary for the enforcement of the jurisdiction of the court.” See Meridien Hotels, Inc. v. LHO Fin. P'ship I, L.P, 97 S.W.3d 731, 736 37 (Tex.
