NOW, Wendy Daniel, (“Relator”), and files this Emergency Motion to
Stay the underlying proceedings that make the basis of the instant case. Relator
respectfully shows the following:
This Court has appellate to issue a writ of mandamus and to grant
relief under TEX. CONST. ART. V, § 16; TEX. GOVT. CODE § 25.0004(a). "A
statutory county court has mandamus power over justice courts. This power is not
limited to issuing writs necessary for the enforcement of the jurisdiction of the court.”
