            I am over 18 years old and competent to make this affidavit. I am the Legal Administrator and employee of Cavalry
            Portfolio Services, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company.The servicing and collection rights of the portfolios of
            non-performing receivables purchased by the Plaintiff, Cavalry SPV l, LLC, are assigned to Cavalry Portfolio Services,
            LLC, its affiliate. I am duly authorized to make this affidavit based on my review of Plaintiffs documents and records.
            I am familiar with the manner and method by which Cavalry SPV I, LLC and Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC, maintain
            their normal business books and records, including computer records of defaulted accounts.
