       Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book §17-42, the defendant, Ozren Jojin (D/B/A Classic

Motorcars), moves to set aside default judgment against Classic Motor Cars, and moves to

Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Insufficiency of Service of Process pursuant to

Conn. Practice Book § 17-42. As grounds therefor, Defendant hereby submits the accompanying

memorandum of law and Exhibits 1-2.
