MOTION TO WITHDRAW
Pursuant to Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.505(f) and rule 4-1.16(b), Florida Rules of Professional
Conduct, the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and its attorney Joseph M. Ragukonis
(collectively, “Hinshaw”), hereby move for leave to withdraw as counsel of record for Defendants
Darragh Kenny, Oakland Ventures, LLC, Oakmont Stables, LLC, and Carmen Barrera
(collectively, “Defendants”). In support of its motion, Hinshaw states as follows:
Hinshaw was retained to represent Defendants. Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP
(“Kasowitz”) appeared in this case in July 2023, and represents Defendants, as well as Whiterock
Farm Limited, and is now acting as lead counsel for all defendants in the above-captioned case.
Defendants consent to the withdrawal of the undersigned in this case and can be reached for all
purposes in this litigation through Kasowitz. Defendants’ consent is attached hereto as Exhibit
A.
