       The Plaintiff, Cucumber Capital LLC (the “Plaintiff”), hereby objects to the Motion to

Dismiss (D.E. #102.00) filedby the Defendant, Russel Lee Cazier (the “Defendant”). In the

Motion to Dismiss, the Defendant seeks to dismiss this case, contending that this court lacks

personal jurisdiction over the Defendant because, based on the allegations of the Complaint, the
