                   MOTION TO STRIKE (POS. NOS.169-170)

       The Plaintiff, the Estate of Nyair Nixon, objects to the Motion to Strike (Pos. Nos. 169-

170), which was filed by the Defendant, City of Bridgeport, on February 28, 2024. Co-Defendant

Eneida Martinez has filed a separate Motion to Strike on February 20, 2024 (Pos. Nos. 166-
