                             JOINT TRIAL MANAGEMENT MEMORANDUM

      I.          CASE DESCRIPTION

               On or about November 17, 2021, the plaintiff Simona Raneri presented to Hartford Hospital

for an anterior hairline brow lift, bilateral upper lid blepharoplasties and face lift. The plaintiff

alleges the defendant, Charles Castiglione, MD, utilized a Bovie electrosurgical device with an

improper setting causing the plaintiff to suffer a significant burn in the glabella region between her

eyes resulting in the injuries and damages as fully set forth in the plaintiff’s operative Complaint.
