Tiffany Almeida, R.N., Elizabeth Labelle, R.N. and Southcoast Hospitals Group, Inc., misnamed in
Plaintiff's Complaint as St. Luke’s Hospital of New Bedford, Inc., respectfully moves to correct or
amend certain clerical errors in the Order entered on September 12, 2023, allowing the Defendants’
Motion to Compel The Keeper of Records for Masshealth to produce health insurance records
\ relating to the Plaintiff, Shayleigh Dann. In support of this Motion, the Defendants refer the Court
to the supporting Memorandum of Law filed herewith.
WHEREFORE, the Defendants, Tiffany Almeida, R.N., Elizabeth Labelle, R.N. and
