AFFIDAVIT FOR WRIT OF GARNISHMENT AFTER JUDGMENT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Emin Zacarias, who swore
on oath that the following facts are true:
"I am a Principal 0f Plaintiff and its Chief Financial Officer in this cause. I am authorized to make
this affidavit and application for a writ of garnishment in this cause.
"I have personal knowledge of the facts stated in this affidavit, and they are true and correct.
"Plaintiff owns a judgment against Tomato House, LLC, Defendant, which was rendered on
December 14, 2023, and entered on March 4, 2024, by this Court. The judgment is valid and subsisting, and
a supersedeas bond has not been approved and filed to suspend execution ofthejudgment. The amount now
due and unpaid 0n the judgment is $24,654.60, plus $7,500.00 in attorney’s fees, including those for post-
judgment collection, all costs 0f suit of $350, and interest at 6% per year.
"Within my knowledge, Defendant does not possess property in Texas subj ect to execution sufficient
to satisfy the judgment. This garnishment is not sought to injure Defendant or Garnishee
"I have reason to believe and do believe that Garnishee has property b nging tc') efendant or is
indebted to Defendant. This belief is based on the fact that Defendant checks drawn on
accounts from Wells Fargo Bank.”
