 MOTION TO PRECLUDE THE TESTIMONY OF FOUR EXPERTS DISCLOSED
         JUST     MOTH BEF    TRIAL AND IN VIOLATION
                             OF THE          DULING       ORDER.

         1. On July 19, 2022, the plaintiff commenced this action for allegedly
improper workmanship        in the performance of a remodeling work performed by
the defendant on the plaintiff's home.
         2. On January 5, 2023    the parties filed an agreed scheduling order that
required the plaintiff to disclose her expert witnesses        by July 1, 2023.
         3. Trial in this matter was scheduled for December 12, 2023.
