Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book § 13-14, the defendants, William Gargone and
William Gargone, III, hereby request an entry of order of nonsuit directed to the plaintiff for his
failure to respond to the defendants' Interrogatories and Request for Production. The Court
ordered on February 20, 2024 that compliance be due on or before March 12, 2024 see
attached.
Accordingly, the defendants move that their Motion for Nonsuit be granted,the
undersigned hereby certifies the referenced matter has been assigned for trial on May 21,
2024.
