The father shall file an updated Income and Expense Declaration (FL—150) and attach a copies of 2015
and 2016 year tax returns and his last three (3) pay stubs; Spousal or Partner Support Declaration (FL—
157); and a declaration indicating the amount of time he has seen the minor in the last year.
The mother shall file a declaration indicating her efforts to become employed, since the time the parties
separated and the amount of contact the father has had with the minor in the last year and shell shall
also file a Spousal or Partner Support Declaration (FL—157).
Both parties shall file and serve each other and DCSS with the above documents on or before June 15,
2017.
The motion for modification of child and spousal support is continued as indicated.
Two Spanish Interpreter have been requested for the continued hearing date.
DCSS shall prepare the Order After Hearing.
