Plaintiffs’ Position
Plaintiff will be serving discovery in the near future, once their review of the administrative
record from the writ case has determined whether additional documents will be needed. To date, the

City has declined to provide the administrative record, so Plaintiffs will be serving document
requests in the class action.
Defendant’s Position
10 As the City previously reminded Plaintiffs by email, this Court stayed the proceedings with
11 respect to the writ petition filed by a few of the Plaintiffs from the instant case, who are also
12 represented by Plaintiffs’ counsel. In addition, the Plaintiffs named in the instant case and the
