27 1. Plaintiff Alison Madden isa tenant at Berth 26 at Docktown Marina. She has
28 exhausted her administrative remedies by appealing the City’s relocation benefit decision.

2. Plaintiff William Michael Fleming is a tenant at Berth 49 at Docktown Marina. He
believes that the exhaustion 0f administrative remedies would be fiJtile because he became aware
that the City had refused t0 grant relocation benefits to any of the tenants who went through the
relocation process.
3. Plaintiff Edward Stancil is a tenant at Berth 29 at Docktown Marina. He has
exhausted her administrative remedies by appealing the City’s relocation benefit decision.
4. Plaintiff Jedrick Humphries isa tenant at Berth 16 at Docktown Marina. He has
exhausted her administrative remedies by appealing the City’s relocation benefit decision.
5. Plaintiff Alba Lucia Diaz is a tenant at Berth 63 at Docktown Marina. She has
