EMERGENCY MOTION FOR ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, asks the Court to determine that additional resources
are necessary in this case and to submit a request for additional resources to the

presiding judge of the administrative judicial region in which this case is filed.

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

ds This case concerns various torts by Deanne Malter (“Malter”), Michael
Merlo (“Merlo”) and Jordan Goss (“Goss”), former employees of Grace, to intentionally
cause significant, and potentially catastrophic, injury to, Grace. Grace brought suit
against these employees for breach of their employment agreement and for their
tortious conduct to harm Grace. Grace has sought leave to join Merlo in this case from a
prior lawsuit filed in the 134th District …
