Plaintiffs respectfully submit this Motion to Strike Defendant State Auto Property and
Casualty Insurance Company’s (“State Auto”) Second Submission of Supplemental Authority
Regarding Its Motion to Dismiss (the “Supplement”), filed on January 8, 2021. State Auto’s
Supplement and the authority cited therein provide no support for the pending procedural motion
