On this 23rd day of December, 2013, after being advised by the Wayne County Municipal Court
Probation Department, The Court hereby orders that the defendant be released from confinement
in the Wayne County Justice Center, effective Thursday, December 26, 2013, on a Work
Release Program Monday through Friday (see attached fax), in order that the defendant be
allowed to maintain employment at Millwood Inc., 8208 Kohler Road, Apple Creek, Ohio
Work Release Program will be initiated under the following conditions:
Defendant
1, The defendant shall be released from custody at a time sufficient enough to allow him to report
for work no later than 2:30 p.m. The defendant shall return to the Wayne County
Justice Center immediately after the end of his working day, 12:00 a.m. Any
modification of these times must be approved by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office or The
Court. (Week of New Year’s — defendant will work 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. — company
closed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.)
2. The defendant shall provide his own transportation and shall go directly from jail to work and
return.
3. The defendant shall remain at his place of employment during the working hours and he shall
not leave during the course of his employment.
4. The defendant is not to use any alcohol or drugs in any form at any time during the Work
Release Program.
5. The defendant shall retain his present job and report to work as scheduled. He shall not leave
earlier than his scheduled quitting time.
6. Any violations of these conditions, the jail rules or any laws may be cause for The Court to
revoke the Work Release Program.
