Plaintiffs, JOHN HERRING and LINDA HERRING, (collectively, the “Herrings”). by and
through their undersigned attorneys, pursuant to this Court’s Administrative Order No. 2.302-9/08
and Rule 1.270(a), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, respectfully move to Consolidate Case No.
2021-CA-001098-XXXX-MB (“Second Case”) with Case No. 2021-CA-000994-XXXX-MB
(“First Case”) upon the following grounds:
