COMES NOW, Joy E. Rothenberger, deposed non-party, and files this Motion to Quash
Service of Process and states as follows:
1. The Subpoena For Deposition issued by the Defendant on May 20, 2011 was not
personal served upon Joy E. Rothenberger and as such Service was not effectuated
2. Joy E. Rothenberger is an Attorney having a solo practice located in The
Fountains Executive Centre, 9000 Sheridan Street, Pembroke Pines Fl 33024.
3. On May 24, 2011, at approximately 10a.m. the Subpoena For Deposition was
served upon the receptionist employed by The Fountains Executive Centre., and as such
substituted service was not effectuated.
