RESPONDENT'S OBJECTION TO AND
MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA FOR DEPOSITION

COMES NOW, Respondent Tobey Nightingale, by and through her attorney of record,
Tiffany N. Graves, pursuant to 12 0.8. § 2004.1 and 3226; Rule 4 of the District Courts of
Oklahoma, and Local Rule CV 17, and hereby objects to Respondent’s subpoena issues to
AT&T, and respectfully prays this Court quash or modify the subpaena. In support of this
Motion, Petitioner states as follows:

SUMMARY OF RELEVANT FACTS AND PROCEDURAL STATUS

1. The parties are married and have three children together, C.L.N. born 10/2011; W.D.N.
