The Hon. Annette C. Hillman is a judge for the 22nd Judicial District Circuit Court of Oregon. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Ted Kulongoski on January 1, 2011.
The 22nd Judicial District encompasses Crook County and Jefferson County.
Hillman earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from San Francisco State University. She then completed a J.D. at Gonzaga University School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Hillman began her legal career as a law librarian for the Airway Heights Corrections Center of the Washington State Department of Corrections. She served in that capacity until 2004, at which time she became a deputy district attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office.
Her memberships have included the Jefferson & Crook County Bar Association. She also sat on the Board of Directors of the Juniper Junction Community Council.
