Hon. Brian Mueller is a judge for the Conway County District Court in Arkansas. He was elected to the newly created District 12 bench in 2020.
Mueller also presides over the Logan and Yell County District Courts. Prior to the creation of District 12, he served as a judge for the Southern District of the Logan County District Court.
He also spent time as the City Attorney for Belleville, Magazine, and Booneville and was a deputy prosecuting attorney in Logan and Scott Counties.
Mueller also served as the mayor and alderman of Booneville.
He received a B.S. from St. Joseph’s College. Mueller went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1981. He was admitted to practice in Arkansas in 1982.
Mueller and his wife, Pamela, have three children. They attend First United Methodist Church in Booneville.
