The Hon. C. Keith Bowers, Jr., is a judge for the Carter County General Sessions Court and the Carter County Juvenile Court in Tennessee. He was elected to the bench on August 7, 2014.
Prior to his election, Bowers was a partner at Bowers & Hardin, a law firm he formed in 2014. He supplemented his practice with service as a county attorney for Carter County and a town attorney for the Town of Watauga.
Bowers earned a bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University in 1995. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1999.
After graduating from law school, Bowers entered into private practice, working as an attorney at Hampton & Street. He remained with the firm until 2002, at which time he founded Keith Bowers, Jr. & Associates.
