Hon. Carolanne Rowe is a judge for the Plainfield-Killingly Regional Probate Court (District 27) in Windham County, Connecticut.
Probate District 27 includes the towns of Canterbury, Killingly, Plainfield, and Sterling.
In addition to sitting on the probate court, Rowe is an attorney at Trantolo & Trantolo, LLC.
She received a bachelor’s degree in business and social sciences from Charter Oak State College (2002) and an M.B.A. from Salve Regina University (2005). Rowe went on to complete a J.D. at Southern New England School of Law in 2005. She was also working towards her Ph.D. in law and public policy at Walden University.
Rowe was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 2009.
Her memberships have included the Windham County Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. Rowe also served as Director of the Day Kimball Hospital Women’s Board.
She received the inaugural ProBono Award from the Southern New England School of Law in 2005.
Rowe grew up on the South Shore of Long Island in New York. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, going to the beach, and supporting local musical and theatrical cultural events.
She is registered as a Republican.
