Hon. Carson V. Brown (Ret.) was a judge for the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the bench in 1974 and retained to a second term in 1984. Brown retired in January 1994. After retiring, he spent time as a senior judge.
Brown received a B.S. from Lock Haven University in 1963. He went on to complete a J.D. at Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson Law in 1966. Brown also attended the National College of State Judiciary (University of Nevada) in 1973.
His memberships included the Clinton County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges, the National Conference of State Judges, the Pennsylvania Council of Juvenile Court Judges, and the American Judicature Society.
Brown was born in Manns Choice in Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
