The Hon. Clarke C. Coll is a judge for the Chaves County Probate Court in New Mexico. He was elected to the bench in 2018 and re-elected in 2022.
Prior to his election, Coll was the owner of Coll Bros. Law in Roswell. He worked alongside his brother, providing general legal services to clients throughout southeastern New Mexico. Coll also spent time as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Trustee’s Office in the District of New Mexico as well as the owner of CC’s Oil & Gas Company.
Coll earned a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1986. He then completed a J.D. at Regent University School of Law in 1989.
Over the course of his legal career, Coll was a shareholder at Sanders, Bruin, Coll & Worley, a law firm he joined in 1992. He stayed with the firm until 2012, supplementing his practice with service as a judge for the Chaves County Probate Court (2003 to 2010).
He is registered as a Republican.
