Hon. David C. Graham is a judge for the Columbia County District Court in Arkansas.
He also served three terms as a Justice of the Peace in Columbia County.
Over the course of his legal career, Graham was the principal attorney at the Graham Law Firm in Magnolia and the City Attorney for the City of Waldo. His legal career also included tenure as a deputy prosecutor for the 13th Judicial District, where he was assigned to the Drug Task Force.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University. Graham went on to complete a J.D. at Texas A&M University School of Law in 1996.
He was admitted to practice in Arkansas (1997), Texas (2004), the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court.
His memberships have included the Columbia County Bar Association. Graham was also involved with the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce Board, the United Way Board, the Magnolia Lions Club (past president), the Magnolia Jaycees, and the Magnolia Rotary.
He and his wife, Rebecca, have three children. The family attends Central Baptist Church, where Graham has served as a deacon, Sunday School teacher, and a member of the choir.
