The Hon. David W. Rogers is a judge for the 31st Judicial District Court of Kansas. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Kathleen Sebelius in 2005.
The 31st Judicial District encompasses Allen, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson Counties. Rogers has held assignments in Wilson County.
Prior to his appointment, Rogers worked as an attorney in private practice alongside his father, Steven. He supplemented his practice with service as a judge for the Fredonia Municipal Court.
Rogers earned a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University in 1981. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law in 1984.
A lifelong resident of Wilson County, Rogers attended Fredonia High School.
