The Hon. Don W. Creed, Jr. is a judge for the 19D Judicial District Court of North Carolina. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Mike Easley in 2007, filling a newly created position by the General Assembly.
The 19D Judicial District includes Hoke and Moore Counties. Creed was appointed by Chief Justice Mark Martin to serve as Chief District Court judge for the 19D Judicial District in 2019.
Prior to his appointment, he was an attorney at Roland & Yauger in Carthage. Before that, Creed spent three years as an assistant district attorney (1998 to 2001).
Creed received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He then completed a J.D. at Mississippi College School of Law in 1998.
