The Hon. Douglas S. Dryden is a justice of the peace for the Sanders County Justice Court in Montana. He was appointed to the bench by the Sanders County Commission in 2017.
Prior to his appointment, Dryden spent eleven years managing cattle ranches, acting as an agricultural consultant for banks and private ranches. He also served as warden for the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks Department as well as a deputy sheriff and a narcotics detective for the Sanders County Sheriff's Office.
Dryden earned a bachelor’s degree in wildlife and range management from Washington State University.
He and his wife, Jolene, have six children.
