Hon. Emily S. Hall is a magistrate for the Vanderburgh County Superior Court in Indiana. She was appointed to the bench in 2022, filling the vacancy created by the appointment of the Hon. Kristina Hamby Weiberg to the Warrick County Superior Court.
Prior to her appointment, Hall spent the bulk of her legal career as a deputy prosecutor with the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office, where she began as a legal intern in 2013.
She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Hall went on to complete a J.D. at Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013.
At the time of her appointment, she resided in Evansville with her fiancée and their three dogs. She attended high school at Signature School.
