The Hon. Jacklyn M. Connly is an associate justice of the Northampton District Court in Massachusetts. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Deval Patrick in 2010, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. W. Michael Ryan.
Connly earned a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College in 1989. She then completed a J.D. at Western New England College in 1994.
After graduating from law school, Connly entered into private practice, working as an associate at Corash, Zurn & Belsky. Then, in 1998, she joined the Northampton District Court. Connly started as an assistant clerk-magistrate, rising through the ranks to become clerk-magistrate in 2004.
Connly was born and raised in Northampton.
