The Hon. Jenifer K. Overmyer is a judge for the Probate and Juvenile Division of the Preble County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. She was elected to the bench on November 4, 2014, becoming the first female to sit as a judge for Preble County.
Prior to her election, Overmyer presided as a magistrate for the Preble County Probate and Juvenile Court, a position she held for fifteen years.
Overmyer earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 1988. She then completed a J.D. at Valparaiso University Law School in 1991.
Her memberships have included the Ohio Association of Juvenile Court Judges (president) as well as the Executive Committee of the Ohio Judicial Conference.
