Hon. Ken Graham is a district judge for the Fifth Judicial District in Oklahoma. He was elected to the bench on November 4, 2014.
The Fifth Judicial District includes the District Courts in Comanche, Cotton, Jefferson, and Stephens Counties.
Prior to joining the bench, Graham was a former prosecutor with the Comanche County District Attorney’s Office and spent thirty years in private practice.
He received a B.A. in social studies from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1967. Graham then spent the next several years working as the principal at Indiahoma High School (1972 to 1978) and a football coach at Snyder High School before completing a J.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1981.
He was admitted to practice in Oklahoma (1981) and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Graham served for six years in the Oklahoma Army National Guard (1970 to 1976). He and his wife, Dede, have a daughter.
