The Hon. Kenneth M. Hayden is a judge for the 26th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Matt Blunt in 2008, filling a vacancy created by the elevation of the Hon. Greg Kays to the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
The 26th Judicial Circuit includes Camden County, Laclede County, Miller County, Moniteau County, and Morgan County.
Prior to his appointment, Hayden was a partner at McDorman & Hayden, a law firm he joined in 1987.
Hayden earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State University in 1984. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1987.
He is registered as a Republican.
