The Hon. Kimarie Rahill is a judge for the Ocean County Superior Court (Vicinage 14) in New Jersey. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Jon Corzine on May 8, 2009.
Over the course of her judicial career, Rahill has held assignments in Vicinage 13 and Vicinage 14. She has presided over the Family Division of the Warren County Superior Court (2009 to 2014, 2015 to 2020), the Criminal Division of the Somerset County Superior Court (2014 to 2015), the Family Division of the Somerset County Superior Court (2015 to 2020), the Civil Division of the Somerset County Superior Court (2020 to 2021), and the Family Division of the Hunterdon County Superior Court (2015 to 2020). She joined the Family Division of the Ocean County Superior Court on March 15, 2021.
Rahill earned a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. She then completed a J.D. at Seton Hall Law School. She was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1990.
After graduating from law school, Rahill entered into private practice, where she worked until her appointment to the bench.
