Hon. Kimberly Boling Bibb is a judge for the 2nd Judicial Circuit Court of Arkansas. She was elected to the bench in 2020.
The 2nd Judicial Circuit includes Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Greene, Mississippi, and Poinsett Counties.
On the bench, Bibb hears juvenile delinquency, FINS, and dependant/neglect cases.
Prior to her election, she was an attorney ad litem for dependant/neglect, domestic relations, and probate cases. Bibb also served as a parent counsel in defendant/neglect cases and was a deputy public defender.
She has taught child welfare law as an adjunct instructor at Arkansas State University.
Bibb received a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University. She went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 1995.
Bibb also earned a specialist certification in child welfare law from the National Association of Counsel for Children.
