The Hon. Maradeth Frederick is a judge for the 11th Judicial District Court of Kansas. She was appointed to the bench by Governor Laura Kelly in 2022, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Oliver Kent Lynch.
The 11th Judicial District includes Cherokee, Crawford, and Labette Counties.
Prior to beginning her judicial career, Frederick worked in private practice since 2002, including managing her own law firm.
She received a B.S. from Baker University in 1999. Frederick then completed a J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002.
