Hon. Nancy Ragsdale is an associate judge for the Piedmont Judicial Circuit Juvenile Court in Georgia. She was appointed to the bench by the Piedmont Judicial Circuit Superior Court judges.
The Piedmont Judicial Circuit is comprised of Banks, Barrow, and Jackson Counties.
She received a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern College. Ragsdale then worked as a teacher at Coffee High School in Douglas, Georgia, before completing a J.D. at the University of Georgia School of Law in 1987.
After graduating from law school, she entered into private practice at a local law firm in Barrow County. She also spent time as an attorney at Ragsdale & Associates, LLC.
Ragsdale has sat as a member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Unified Administrative Services.
