The Hon. Tamara M. Sullivan is a judge for the Costilla County Court in Colorado. She was appointed to the bench by Governor Jared Polis on September 1, 2022, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Kimberly L. Wood.
Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree from Regis University in 2006. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2012.
After graduating from law school, Sullivan joined the Alamosa Colorado Legal Services Office. During her tenure there, she handled domestic relations, housing, and protection matters, rising through the ranks to become its managing attorney.
