Biography

The Hon. Thomas M. O'Diam is a judge for the Probate Division of the Greene County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor John Kasich on July 16, 2013, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Robert A. Hagler.


Prior to his appointment, O'Diam was a partner at O'Diam & Stecker Law Group, Inc. He specialized in estate planning, estate administration, business organization, succession planning, and real estate law. He has also provided pro bono legal counsel to the Greene County Community Foundation.


O'Diam earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the Ohio State University in 1981. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Dayton School of Law in 1985.


His memberships have included the board for the Boy Scouts of America, Tecumseh Council.


A resident of Beavercreek, O’Diam attended Beavercreek High School. His family has lived in Greene County for nine generations. He and his wife, Deanna, have three children.


He is registered as a Republican.
